Eat Well Play Hard Program

MARC Academy providers participating in the New York State Department of Health Eat Well Play Hard program develop the skills to communicate positive nutrition and physical activity messages to the children and families in their care. During the 12 week program, providers:

  • Attend five workshops with a nutritionist.
  • Receive home visits who will conduct and model nutrition activities.
  • Receive a myriad of resources to support their home-based nutrition and physical activities.
